How to Order a Holiday Goose
Our Emden geese are raised on Certified Organic pastures amid the mists of the Sonoma coast, living a life as natural as possible. They are free to roam and eat a wide variety of native grasses, forbs, bugs and slugs and then are supplemented with a locally produced organic certified feed. We bring them to a USDA facility for processing where they are slaughtered, inspected, butchered and vacuum packed. On farm pick up & shipping available. Contact us for details.
