Ducklings are harvested once a month at
a State licensed and inspected facility in Manteca, CA. Our whole dressed hens average 4.5 pounds at $9.99/lb. Different processing options are
available by arangement. Discounts are offered for quantity orders and delivery available
to many local destinations. Shipping within the continental U.S. is
available (contact us for rates). Or you can pick up your duck at Salmon Creek Ranch. Due to the current demand, we advise
reservations in advance of the desired harvest date.
