Beef Price List
We raise Scottish Highland, Angus & Hereford cattle on Certified Organic pastures in the mists of the Sonoma coast. No growth hormones, GMO's, antibiotics, additives, preservatives and certainly, no corn. The climate is cool like their natural British habitat; similarly our huge pastures and hilly terrain build muscle and minimize fat, and being close to the sea replicates Scotland and England and their best beef reputation. Our cattle are 100% grass-fed AND finished,  never fed grain or hormones. All beef is dry-aged 2-3 weeks and USDA inspected. Ypu are always welcome to visit our ranch, you will see the vegetation is in its natural state, not re-sewn in the "more productive" grasses that give the cows a less varied diet. We sell only beef from our own ranch -- unlike some, we do not have a "network of trusted partners" producing it for us to expand sales. Customers tell us ours is the best beef they have ever tasted.
