We raise Scottish Highland and Angus X cattle on Certified Organic pastures amid the mists of the Sonoma coast. We use no growth hormones, GMO's,
antibiotics, additives, preservatives and certainly, no corn. Our beef is
100% grass-fed, 
dry-aged 2-3 weeks and USDA inspected.
In addition to the cuts listed below, we also occasionally sell Scottish Highlanders by the half or quarter. Shipping available. Contact us for
