How to Order a Holiday Goose
Our Emden geese are raised on Certified
Organic pastures amid the mists of the Sonoma coast,
living a life as natural as possible. They are free to
roam 24/7, never caged or confined, and guarded from
predators by our Anatolian Shepherd Dogs. They eat a
variety of the native grasses, forbs and insects,
supplemented with a locally produced organic certified
feed. We bring them to a USDA facility for processing
where they are slaughtered, inspected, butchered and
vacuum packed. On-farm
pick up & shipping available.
