Goat Meat:

Salmon Creek Ranch now has pure bred New Zealand Kiko Goats and is gearing up for production of naturally-raised goat meat.

Duck Eggs:
We will soon have exclusive organic Muscovy duck eggs available for purchase.

Honey:
In the spring of 2008 Salmon Creek Ranch is acquiring bees. Organic honey and other apiary products will be available starting in 2009.
