Beef Price List
We raise Scottish Highland, Angus & Hereford cattle on Certified Organic pastures in the mists of the Sonoma coast. No growth hormones, GMO's, antibiotics, additives, preservatives and certainly, no corn. The climate is cool like their natural British habitat. Our beef is 100% grass-fed AND finished,  dry-aged 2-3 weeks and USDA inspected. If you visit our ranch (you are welcome to do so) it is obvious the vegetation is in its natural state, not re-sewn in the "most productive" grasses that give the cows a less varied diet. We sell only beef from our own ranch -- unlike many we do not have a "network of trusted partners" producing it for us to expand sales. Our customers regularly tell us ours is the best beef they have tasted.
